Are you looking for an apartment in a traditional Spanish community with AMAZING sea views? Then look no further! In this two-bedroom top floor apartment, you have fantastic sea views from almost every room, making the Mediterranean a beautiful part of everyday life. One of many great features is the south-facing glazed terrace, a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a good book or simply take in the views. There is also a second, open terrace facing northwest, perfect for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun. Since 2017, the apartment has undergone several updates, creating a comfortable home while still keeping the charm and character of the community. The layout also offers great flexibility for the one who would like to give it a little updats. The kitchen can easily be opened up towards the living room to create a more spacious and social open-plan. Alternatively, the kitchen could be moved into the living room, allowing the existing kitchen to become a potential third bedroom. The community Balcón de Benavista offers lovely communal gardens and two pool areas. One of them is located only a few steps away from the apartment that will undergo a big renovation during the upcoming months that will really lift the community even more. Located in the sought-after El Paraíso area of Estepona, close to golf, beaches, restaurants and local amenities, this is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for a sea view apartment on the Costa del Sol, whether as a permanent or holiday home. Come and see it for yourself — We think you will love it!
